Aging is the main cause of failure for industrial rubber hoses, seals and customized rubber parts. Long-term exposure to high temperature, oxygen, ozone, oil, humidity and alternating pressure will lead to hardening, cracking, deformation and leakage, shortening product service life and increasing equipment maintenance costs. Reasonable material selection and standardized production processes are the core solutions for effective anti-aging protection.


Material optimization is the foundation of anti-aging performance. For outdoor, HVAC and cooling system scenarios, EPDM rubber features excellent ozone resistance and thermal aging resistance, effectively avoiding cracking under long-term wind and sun exposure.
